We hope you are in love with your order. If you’re not perfectly satisfied, you may request a return for your items within 14 days.
Please note will need to be notified about your desire to return the items within 72 hours from the receipt of your order to initiate the process of returning your order and issuing the refund.
How to use our returns service
- The purchased product(s) must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- You must contact us within 72 hours from the date of receipt of your order to request the return of your purchased items.
- Items need to be returned within 14 days of the date of delivery of your online order.
- Swimwear, underwear, as well as accessories, and fine jewelry are not eligible for returns.
- Products purchased on sale are not eligible for returns.
- Products purchased from our retail store must be returned to the store in which it was purchased.

- Once your return is received and inspected, we notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. All successfully returned items will be credited to the original payment method used to purchase the items initially. The original shipping charges will not be refunded. Please note that refunds can take up to 10-14 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
- You will be credited the amount you paid for the returned products(s) and the shipping fee for the said product(s) you paid when you made the purchase. Unfortunately, any additional charges beyond our control, such as taxes and VAT, cannot be refunded. Also, you (the customer) will have to bear shipping costs related to the return of the product(s). We highly recommend returning the product(s) via an insured shipping service that allows the package to be tracked to guarantee delivery.
- If the return does not meet the criteria set forth herein and rejected, we will send the product(s) back to you.

You may cancel your order at any time before we ship it to you. Once you receive the shipping confirmation, it will no longer be possible to cancel your order. After the cancellation is complete, you will receive a full refund credited to your original payment method. We are unable to process exchanges in our system at this time. You will need to go through the normal return process and purchase the item you prefer. Please contact us first to make sure we have the correct items in stock.
