Yes! We ship worldwide! Well except for some high risk countries. Please email us if you are unsure.

When will my package arrive?
We try our best to package and ship your items the day you place your order. But this depends on the time and day the order is placed so it’s best to give us about 1-3 working days to be safe. We will email you with a tracking number once your order is on its way. Actual shipping time will depend on your destination but normally takes 2-5 working days. Is it super hot in Dubai?
Yes! Well, depends on what time of year it is. Today we are enjoying 31°C.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Paypal. We can also do Cash on Delivery for orders under 2,000 dhs.

Is my information secure?
Super duper secure. We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to help ensure that your shopping experience is safe. This encrypts and protects the data you send us over the internet. If SSL is enabled then you will see a padlock at the top of your browser and you can click on this to find out information about the SSL digital certificate registration. You will also notice that the location (URL) field at the top of the browser begins with ‘https:’ instead of the normal ‘http:’ This means that you are in secure mode.

Can I return my item(s)?
Yes! Of course you can! Just make sure the security tag is still on and you are returning the items within 14 days. Please email [email protected] with your order number in the subject. We leave it up to you to decide on how to ship the items back to us but we highly recommend using a tracked shipping method for international orders to guarantee delivery. We will process your refund on the same card you used to make the purchase as soon as we receive the items.

Why isn’t the refund showing up in my account yet?
Please allow 3-4 working days for all PayPal refunds and 5-10 working days for all credit card refunds. If still nothing, please let us know.

I don’t like customs, can I avoid them?
Unfortunately customs charges and taxes in your country are out of our control. If there is a charge, you will be contacted by the shipping agent once your package arrives.

Can I pay online and collect in store?
Of course! Just click “pick up from store” at checkout and select your preferred location. Once your item is ready for collection we will hold it for you for 3 days. Please let us know if you are unable to collect your item within 3 days.

Can I return or exchange items I bought online, in store?
Yup! You can return or exchange your items in one of our stores in the UAE within 14 days if the security tag is still attached. Your refund will be processed on the same card you used to make your purchase. We can issue cash refunds for Cash on Delivery orders as well.

Is there anything I can’t return?
We are unable to process returns of swimwear, earrings, beauty products, limited edition prints and customised items. Makes sense right?

I saw something on Instagram but I can’t find it online, can I still get it?
Yes of course! Sometimes you’ll see things on Instagram before they’ve had a chance to go online. Just get in touch and we will create a private link for you. #Easypeasy

I found an item somewhere else at a lower price, can you match it?
Yes totally! If you find an item at a lower price somewhere else (shipping included) we will happily match it! That’s our sauce promise. All you have to do its email us with the link and we will sort it out for you!

Are customised items eligible for a return and refund?
As it is a special made-to-order piece we can only refund 50% of the price. As with all returns please make sure you return the item within 14 days of receipt, with the piece in its original condition, and the sauce security tags still intact.

My order includes a customised piece as well as other items. How would the refund be processed in this case?
All items excluding the customised pieces qualify for a full refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Since customised pieces are made to order, standard delivery times are not applicable. You shall receive an email from us once your order ships. However, if you do require an urgent delivery, please send us an email at [email protected] so we can accommodate your request.

Are customised items eligible for cash on delivery?
As it is a special made-to-order piece we would be unable to accept cash on delivery, hence a full payment would have to be processed before proceeding with the production.
