Shipping

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (excluding items on backorder). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

Summary of your purchase, scheduled date of delivery, and the tracking number of your shipment will be provided to you in a confirmation email once we have dispatched your order.

Product(s) are shipped using FedEx or DHL from Dubai, UAE. You will be able to track your order on their website using the tracking number you receive in the confirmation email.

Delivery should take 3-7 days, unforeseen circumstances, notwithstanding.

International orders may incur import duties and taxes from local customs agencies. These agencies may also delay orders. We have no control over these agencies or the fees and taxes they charge. Deliveries within the UAE will not be subject to customs charges.

If you have purchased multiple items that are likely to be shipped at different intervals in time, then you will be notified when shipping each product.

We ship worldwide except for a handful of high-risk countries, including but not limited to Afghanistan, Cuba, Iran, Qatar, Russia, Yemen.

We do not ship to P.O.Boxes.

Notes: the above rates do not include bulky items such as carpets. Any order above AED500 has free shipping in the UAE.
